We are seeking an experienced Senior Director, Global People Partner (HRBP) to join our dynamic People team. This strategic, globally focused role will support senior leadership and managers across multiple regions, shaping and executing our global People strategy.

As a trusted partner to business leaders, you will foster a high-performance culture, provide strategic guidance, and ensure an exceptional employee experience. This role offers the chance to work in a fast-paced, transformative environment where your impact is tangible.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Act as a strategic advisor to senior leaders and managers, aligning People initiatives with business goals and growth plans.
  2. Partner with global teams to develop and implement effective people strategies that enhance organizational effectiveness.
  3. Provide coaching and guidance on complex employee relations matters, ensuring compliance with UK and international employment laws.
  4. Champion a high-performance culture by promoting leadership accountability, talent development, and workforce planning.
  5. Use data-driven insights to inform decisions and drive impactful people initiatives.
  6. Collaborate with People Centres of Excellence to improve employee experience and operational efficiency.
  7. Lead onboarding for senior leadership hires and support organizational change initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of HR Business Partnering experience in a global organization, preferably within technology, marketing, or SaaS sectors.
  • Proven success supporting senior leaders and aligning people strategies with business objectives.
  • Experience managing complex employee relations in compliance with UK and EMEA laws.
  • Ability to lead transformation initiatives and influence senior stakeholders.
  • Expertise in workforce planning, organizational design, talent management, and performance management.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across regions.
  • Global mindset with experience working in US, EMEA, and APAC regions.
  • CIPD qualification or equivalent HR certification.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in a global technology or SaaS company, with knowledge of employment regulations and cultural nuances across EMEA and APAC.
  • Ability to drive large-scale people initiatives and influence decision-makers.
  • Strong presentation skills and experience engaging senior leadership.
  • Experience in high-growth, fast-paced environments managing multiple priorities.
  • Strategic problem-solving skills with an innovative approach.
