Overview

Strategy Director - Brand & Innovation Consultancy - London (Hybrid) - Up to £120,000 (dependent on experience)

We're hiring for a Director to join one of the UK's fastest-growing brand consultancies - a firm that's quadrupled in size since Covid and shows no signs of slowing down.

You'll be reporting directly to the CEO and playing a key part in shaping the agency's next chapter. That means driving strategy across two of their biggest client accounts (both household names in FMCG), helping lead a talented and passionate team, and being hands-on with the day-to-day running of the business.

You'll be stepping into a well-defined position with clear scope and strong foundations, but there's huge room to make it your own. Whether it's unlocking new thinking for clients, streamlining operations, or freeing up the partners to focus on growth - you'll be central to it all.
