Senior Digital Marketing Specialist (Running/Training) - Hybrid

Join the EMEA Digital Marketing Running & Training team as a Digital Operations Specialist to create innovative, consumer-focused digital experiences that connect sport, culture, and performance. This role sits at the intersection of brand and business, combining creativity with data-driven execution across a fast-paced, evolving digital ecosystem.

Role & Responsibilities

• Plan and execute end-to-end digital marketing campaigns across owned digital channels
• Support Digital Marketing Leads in defining seasonal and campaign-level strategies
• Own campaign delivery from creative briefing through go-live, coordinating with cross-functional teams (creative, media, digital experience, content operations)
• Manage campaign timelines, assets, and stakeholder alignment independently
• Represent the voice of the consumer in cross-functional meetings
• Analyze campaign performance and turn insights into optimization and innovation opportunities

Candidate Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in digital, brand, or media marketing
• Proven experience building digital campaigns and consumer journeys
• Strong project management skills with the ability to work autonomously
• Comfortable working in complex, matrixed organizations
• Strong analytical mindset with experience using data to drive decisions
• Passion for sport and understanding of sports culture
• Familiarity with tools such as Keynote, Airtable, Figma, and Adobe Analytics

Contract Details

• Location: Hilversum
• Working model: Hybrid
• Workload: Full-time
• Duration: 6 months initial contract (extendable)
• Compensation package: Salary based on qualifications and expectations + additional benefits.
