Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities Include
- Lead the creation and delivery of high-quality creative assets across all digital channels, including websites, display banners, social media, and email campaigns.
- Design visually engaging content that aligns with brand identity and resonates with target audiences across multiple touchpoints.
- Write and edit compelling copy for digital campaigns, emails, and social content, maintaining a consistent tone of voice and brand message.
- Support and execute CRM and email marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with external agencies on copy to ensure brand consistency.
- Maintain and update content across three websites, ensuring visuals and messaging are accurate, fresh, and optimised for user experience.
About You:
- Degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field, or equivalent 4+ years of hands-on digital marketing experience.
- A creative thinker with a strong eye for design and exceptional attention to detail.
- Proven storytelling, copywriting, and brand-building skills across multiple digital channels.
- An effective communicator, confident collaborating with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (particularly Photoshop) or Canva, with the ability to produce high-quality visual content.
- Experience with social media advertising platforms (especially Meta Ads Manager) is a strong advantage.
- A basic understanding of email marketing and CRM platforms is desirable.
- An annual salary of £40000 to £45000.
- 25 days annual leave (excluding Bank Holidays).
