About the Role:
As a Senior DevOps Engineer in this high-trajectory environment, you'll shape the future of multi-region cloud infrastructure with direct influence and ownership. You'll revolutionize how we deliver infrastructure at scale-designing globally distributed, highly available systems, fortifying observability and automation, and raising reliability standards. Key Responsibilities:

  • Take ownership of infrastructure and deployment pipelines, working hands-on to design, build, and scale cloud-native environments
  • Collaborate with developers, QA, architects, and product teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery across microservices
  • Build and maintain secure, observable infrastructure using Terraform, terragrunt , helm, Kubernetes , and GitOps tools like ArgoCD
  • Develop and optimize CI/CD pipelines using GitLab CI , ensuring automated, safe, and efficient deployments
  • Continuously improve performance, reliability, and scalability through monitoring, alerts, and proactive infrastructure changes
  • Drive infrastructure enhancements via POCs, innovation, and tool evaluation
  • Lead root cause analysis and troubleshooting of incidents; ensure post-mortem discipline and recovery improvements
  • Mentor engineers and promote a culture of ownership, collaboration, and continuous improvement
  • Stay current with industry trends, emerging tools, and DevOps best practices

Required Competence and Skills:

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in DevOps, SRE, or infrastructure engineering roles
  • Strong motivation and proven ability to thrive in complex, cross-functional environments
  • Deep expertise in AWS (EKS, EC2, RDS, S3, IAM, CloudWatch, etc.)
  • Production-grade experience with Kubernetes and Helm
  • Proficient with Terraform
  • Experience with Bash and Python scripting
  • Solid Linux administration skills and deep knowledge of Docker/container security
  • Experience with observability stacks: Prometheus, Grafana, Coralogix (or other monitoring and log management systems)
  • Understanding of networking
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset with a desire to lead infrastructure strategy discussions

Nice to have:

  • Experience with Terragrunt and Ansible
  • Familiar with secrets management using Vault, AWS KMS or similar
  • Understanding service discovery, zero-downtime deployments, and SOC2-compliant environments
