As a Senior Developer at HRPW, you won't just write code-you'll play a key role in shaping the future of financial advice by creating digital solutions that impact how we serve our clients and grow our business.

What will your role look like?You will work on a modern tech stack, addressing software and data challenges that propel our business. You will design and deliver robust, scalable solutions within an agile, DevOps environment, utilizing the latest Microsoft and Azure technologies. Initially, you will collaborate closely with a Technical Architect to develop a cutting-edge data lake for HRPW, laying the groundwork for custom AI solutions to improve team efficiencies.
Key responsibilities include:- Collaborating with our AI team on developing custom copilot solutions for HRPW.
- Working with high-performing, multidisciplinary teams within a DevOps culture that promotes autonomy and engineering excellence, using the latest technologies.
- Contributing to innovation and enhancing our frameworks, integrations, and automations.
- Assessing trade-offs and barriers pragmatically during software delivery.
- Leading non-functional improvement efforts such as security and performance profiling.
- Liaising with the data engineering group to stay updated on Azure data tooling and promote best practices.
- Passionate about technology, especially the Microsoft development stack, Azure Cloud, and Data Engineering technologies. Experience with Azure tools or MS SQL databases is desirable.
- Interest or experience in AI and developing custom copilot applications.
- Self-motivated, eager to learn, and committed to continuous improvement and industry trends.
- Effective communicator and team player, capable of collaborating across disciplines and explaining complex ideas clearly.
- Problem solver with a sense of ownership and practical solutions.
- Confident across the software development lifecycle, from design to deployment and optimization.

Additional beneficial skills (not essential):
- Experience with Power BI, Python, C#, Angular, Power Automate, or data science practices.
- Knowledge of optimizing data pipelines, architectures, and ETL/ELT processes.
- Experience provisioning APIs for data consumption.
