Job Description

The role in a nutshell:

Our Senior Designers are central to the studio's output. You'll respond to briefs with creative design solutions from ideas through to execution. You should have the drive, energy, and curiosity to deliver progressive thinking and outputs. You must bring brilliant design skills, attention to detail, and flair. We're looking for someone collaborative, willing to present to peers and clients, and proactive in their approach.

Responsibilities

• Championing our creative philosophy: Generating brave creative ideas with strong conceptual insight.
• Designing across all stages of a project: From concept to completion, art direction to brand systems, across various touchpoints.
• Being culturally connected and aware: Understanding trends, attending events and exhibitions.
• Taking ownership over projects: Meeting deadlines, collaborating with teams, presenting to clients.
• Contributing to MSL culture and values: Living our values and taking initiative.

Qualifications

• Passion for Design: A strong portfolio demonstrating experience with conceptual and crafted design solutions, including developing design systems for large projects and brands.
• People Skills: Comfortable working in teams, participating in workshops and client meetings, adaptable across industries and clients.
• Presentation Skills: Ability to communicate ideas clearly, both visually and verbally, in internal and external presentations.
• Independent Thinking: Curious, able to challenge briefs with innovative and progressive ideas.
• Technical Skills: Strong Adobe Suite skills (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Bonus if experienced in motion, illustration, 3D, or interaction design.
