Due to rapid growth, the business is looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our growing Delivery team in 2025.
A bit about the Role
Based in the West Midlands area (including M5), this is a leadership role delivering all Connected Kerb's sites and sockets in the Central and Wales regions
Manage the infrastructure delivery programme, including risk, change and equipment forecasts
Update project forecasts and delivery numbers based on updated programmes
Preparation of project invoices for issue to clients
Champion and encourage all members of the project delivery team to collaborate and become more than the sum of their parts
Maintain a high standard of communications with our Clients and Partners, ensuring it is organised and saved for future reference.
Apply appropriate project management standards for delivery of the project
Provide accurate Sitetracker data and maintaining forecast volumes so delivery numbers do not slip
Report on project progress through preparation of highlight reports
Liaise with and ensure effective and timely co-ordination between Clients, Principal Designers, Designers, Principal Contractors, Contractors and other Stakeholders
Requirements
A successful track record in managing operational delivery in highways related projects
Working within an NEC3 and/or NEC4 Professional Services and Engineering and Construction Contracts, or similar
Work under pressure to meet deadlines, and a flexible attitude towards work to deal with a variable and demanding workload
CSCS Card and SMSTS qualified
Knowledge of NEC PSC and ECC forms of contract
Project Management based qualification such as PRINCE2
Knowledge & understanding of health & safety legislation including The Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2015
Ability to confidently deliver presentations
Is a self-starter who can manage their own time
Strong leadership and management skills, with experience of managing a multi-disciplined team
Experience of team development to get the very best out of people
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages (MS Word, Excel, Project)
