Senior Delivery Leader - Hybrid, Strategic Programs

Synapri is seeking a Senior Delivery Manager to lead a portfolio of strategic programmes and ensure delivery of business and technology initiatives. You will guide a small but high-performing delivery team and work with senior stakeholders to achieve defined outcomes.

Approximately 70-80% focus on programme delivery, governance, stakeholder management and strategic execution, with 20-30% on people leadership and coaching. Hybrid role based in London area.
