Senior Delivery Lead, AI Servicing Transformation

M&G is seeking a Senior Delivery Lead within Life Technology to own end-to-end delivery of the Servicing AI programme. You will lead cross-functional teams, coordinate with partners and sponsors, and ensure timely, compliant delivery of AI-enabled, scalable customer service solutions.
