Senior Defence Training & Requirements Lead (TNA/DSAT)

Matchtech Group is seeking a Senior Training & Requirements Specialist in Portsmouth, on a hybrid basis, to shape training solutions across complex environments. The role covers analysis, design, development and assurance, acting as a technical authority within projects.

You'll work with customers and SMEs to ensure training meets operational needs, with traceability and tight quality controls, including SC clearance eligibility and frontline impact.
