Data Warehouse Transformation Lead (Telecom Sector)

We are seeking an experienced Data Warehouse Transformation Lead to drive a critical data modernization initiative within the mobile telecom space. This role is ideal for a senior consultant with strong technical leadership, enterprise-level vision, and the ability to align stakeholders across both business and IT.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and lead the data warehouse transformation roadmap, including budgeting and execution planning.
• Collaborate closely with the project manager to monitor progress, report milestones, and remove obstacles.
• Mobilize and align technical and business teams across various departments to ensure buy-in and delivery success.
• Bring a global architectural vision, with deep expertise in data modelling, data governance, and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP, etc.).
• Lead change management and adoption strategies, ensuring long-term transformation sustainability.
• Act as a thought leader and evangelist, driving understanding and enthusiasm for the data strategy through presentations, workshops, and stakeholder engagement.

Profile Requirements:

• 15+ years of experience in data architecture, strategy, and large-scale transformation programs
• Proven ability to drive cross-functional initiatives and influence senior stakeholders
• Mastery of data modelling, data governance, and modern cloud-based data architectures
• Strong communication, leadership, and presentation skills
• Telecom sector experience is a strong plus
• Fluent in English (French or Dutch is a bonus)

This is a 50% working week requirement
