Base Pay Range

• Gross monthly salary between €5,381 and €7,687 (scale 10)
• Thirteenth month salary and 8% holiday allowance
• 10% Employee Benefit Budget
• EUR 1,400 development budget per year
• Hybrid working arrangement (home and office)
• Pension with maximum personal contribution option

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain scalable data pipelines for various business units using Azure and Databricks.
• Implement data quality and monitoring to ensure data reliability.
• Automate deployment processes with Azure DevOps (CI/CD).
• Design innovative data solutions that contribute to Rabobank's digital transformation.
• Collaborate within a multidisciplinary data minded team and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications & Skills

• 3+ years of experience building data solutions in a production environment.
• Strong proficiency in Databricks, Python, and SQL.
• Experience with Airflow, and scripting in PowerShell or Bash.
• Working knowledge of Azure Data Lake Storage, Azure Functions, and Azure DevOps for CI/CD.
• Familiarity with Azure Data Factory and data modelling.
• Knowledge of Java/Scala is a plus.
• Experience setting up data quality and monitoring frameworks.
• Ability to develop unit tests and follow TDD practices.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills within Agile teams.
