Senior Data Analyst

Our client is on a mission to put data at the heart of every decision.

They are building a truly data-driven organization and are looking for a Senior Data Analyst to help lead that transformation. In this role, you won't just create dashboards; you'll bring structure, clarity, and insight that directly influence business direction.

You'll work across teams, translating complex business needs into smart, actionable reporting solutions. With the right balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution, you'll help unlock the full potential of data.

What you'll do:

• Collaborate with the BI Manager to shape and optimize business intelligence processes
• Design and build reports and dashboards using WebFOCUS
• Translate business requirements into clear, visual prototypes and data products
• Test and validate reports to ensure accuracy and reliability
• Document data solutions and promote consistent use across teams
• Apply ITIL and SDLC practices in a practical, business-oriented way
• Drive adoption of BI products across departments
• Deliver insights that tell a story and support better decision-making

Requirements

Must-haves:

• Solid experience in data analysis and business analysis
• Advanced expertise in WebFOCUS reporting and dashboarding
• Strong communication skills with both technical and business audiences
• Fluency in Dutch or French, and full professional proficiency in English
• Proactive attitude - you take initiative and report back with insights

Nice-to-haves:

• Familiarity with ITIL, SDLC, and Agile methodologies
• Experience working in enterprise-level BI environments
• Ability to operate effectively in dynamic, cross-functional teams

Working model:

• Hybrid role: minimum 1 day/week on-site
• Office locations: Brussels (main office), Ghent, and Leuven (alternating presence)
