Senior Damp & Mould Surveyor - Housing Disrepair

Carrington West is supporting Harlow District Council with a Senior Damp, Mould & Disrepair Surveyor role on a 12-month temporary contract. This position calls for an experienced housing surveyor to lead the team managing complex cases of damp and disrepair.

You will guide a dedicated team, ensuring statutory obligations are met and positive outcomes for residents are maintained. Candidates should have strong technical expertise in housing issues, notably damp and mould, with at least 3 years of relevant experience.
