Join us where innovation meets execution. We're looking for a Senior D365 Project Manager to take ownership of our most strategic D365 implementations and upgrades across Finance & Operations (F&O), Customer Engagement (CE), and Power Platform solutions.

What You'll Do:

• Lead end-to-end project delivery of D365 initiatives, from discovery through deployment and support

• Manage cross-functional teams including internal stakeholders, Microsoft partners, consultants, and third-party vendors

• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget, using best-practice project governance (Agile/Waterfall/Hybrid)

• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, RAID logs, stakeholder comms, and status reports

• Own stakeholder engagement and communication across C-level execs, business units, and technical teams

• Drive change management and adoption strategies to maximize ROI on D365 investments

What You'll Bring:

• Proven experience leading multiple full lifecycle Microsoft Dynamics 365 (F&O and/or CE) projects

• 7+ years in project/program management roles, ideally in large-scale ERP/CRM implementations

• Strong understanding of D365 platform architecture, modules, and integration points

• Formal project management qualifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Agile Scrum Master)

• Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills

• Ability to manage scope, risks, resources, and timelines in dynamic, multi-vendor environments
