Role Details:

Location: Sheffield (Hyrbid 2 days per week) Duration: 6 months Status: Inside IR35

Key Responsibilities:

Lead global cybersecurity programmes and data protection strategies. Ensure compliance with GDPR, CCPA, and other global regulations. Collaborate with C-level stakeholders, regulators, and industry forums. Manage cross-functional teams and secure platform delivery. Oversee budgets, resources, and performance metrics. Translate technical concepts into business strategies. Champion customer-centric transformation.

Required Skills & Experience:

Extensive experience in cybersecurity and risk management. Proven leadership in global transformation programmes. Strong stakeholder engagement and communication. Background in consulting and engineering leadership. Familiarity with cloud, SaaS, DLP, encryption, classification. Team leadership (up to 20 people), cross-departmental influence. Strategic, analytical, and problem-solving mindset.
