We are seeking a Senior Customer Success Manager in Staines-upon-Thames, UK, to ensure customer satisfaction, adoption, and success in the telecom industry.

  • Lead virtual teams to deliver customer success and satisfaction
  • Manage program deliveries and build relationships with senior stakeholders
  • Drive product adoption and help customers discover new features
