Job Description

ThreatAware is hiring our first Senior Customer Success Engineer to lead technical outcomes for enterprise customers in London. This hands-on role requires configuring integrations, building playbooks, and owning the technical success plan across Tier 1-3 accounts.

You'll work closely with CISO/CIO stakeholders, drive adoption, and help shape the CSE framework as ThreatAware scales its Protect platform. Hybrid work is available.
