Job Title: Senior Customer Service Payroll Specialist

Location: Remote (Anywhere in the Netherlands)

Employment Type: Full-Time (B2B 6 months + ext)

Language Requirement: Dutch

Role Overview:

We are looking for a Senior Customer Service Specialist with strong payroll expertise to support operational teams, assist management, and ensure high-quality service delivery to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide functional support to operational teams for accurate payroll delivery.
  • Assist in client implementations, go-lives, and escalated issues.
  • Maintain process documentation, DWIs, and Client Solution Workbook.
  • Lead improvements in core HR processes and collaborate with HRIS and stakeholders.
  • Develop dashboards and reports, monitor KPIs, and support year-end processes.

Required Experience & Skills:

  • 3-4 years of payroll experience in consulting, outsourcing, or corporate environments.
  • Solid knowledge of payroll processes, compliance, and integrations.
  • Familiarity with HRIS platforms (Workday, SAP, PeopleSoft) is a plus.

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, HR, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.

Work Location:

  • Remote, anywhere in the Netherlands.
