CRM Senior Developer

As a technical senior developer, the candidate will be responsible for driving CRM development initiatives, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring the platform supports business growth and strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end development and customization of CRM solutions
• Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
• Design and implement workflows, automation, integrations, and custom modules
• Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance across CRM systems
• Collaborate with stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Support, and IT
• Manage CRM upgrades, migrations, and performance tuning
• Mentor and guide a team of CRM developers and analysts
• Stay updated with CRM trends, tools, and best practices
