Job Description

Pliant is a European fintech specializing in B2B payment solutions. We seek a Senior Credit Risk Manager to own a US SME/corporate credit book and collaborate with the CRO and risk teams to improve standards and processes.

You will perform due diligence, underwriting, and decisions on limits, while driving scalable, compliant workflows and AI-enabled improvements. Fluent English is essential and CFA is a plus.
