The Role

• Lead cost management on large-scale data centre projects from feasibility through to completion
• Prepare cost plans, feasibility budgets and tender reports for client-side stakeholders
• Provide strategic cost advice throughout the project lifecycle
• Carry out tender analysis and contractor selection support from a client perspective
• Manage client budgets and advise on cost risk and mitigation strategies
• Conduct lifecycle cost analysis on complex, high-spec builds
• Build and maintain strong client relationships across a growing data centre portfolio
• Mentor and support junior cost management staff within the team

What They're Looking For

• Strong experience as a Cost Manager or Senior QS within a consultancy/PQS environment
• Third-level qualification in Quantity Surveying, Construction Economics or related discipline
• MRICS/MSCSI (or working towards) preferred
• Strong grasp of Irish contract forms and cost planning methodology
• Confident client-facing manner, able to advise not just report
• Commercially sharp with strong analytical and reporting skills
