Job Description

Capstone Property Recruitment partners with a leading London-based construction and property consultancy to appoint a Senior Cost Manager for Infrastructure & Energy. You will oversee contract administration, commercial reporting and change control on major energy projects.

The ideal candidate has 5-10 years' experience in infrastructure/energy, a strong grasp of NEC and/or FIDIC contracts, and a proven ability to manage cost forecasting, variations and client/stakeholder interactions.
