Senior Corporate Counsel: M&A, PE & Growth Deals

LC Legal is seeking a Corporate Senior Associate or Associate Director to join its ambitious Corporate team. You will work with three partners, manage your own transactions, and take ownership of client relationships from day one.

The role requires 5-8 years' post-qualification experience in corporate law, with strong experience across M&A, MBOs/MBIs, private equity, JVs, restructures and demergers. Hybrid working and progression are offered.
