KAST is seeking a Senior Corporate Counsel in London to join its legal team. A generalist role spanning traditional corporate law and crypto/fintech matters, with responsibilities including M&A, fundraising, and cross border governance.

The ideal candidate has a U.S. JD and active bar membership in at least one U.S. jurisdiction, plus 5+ years in-house experience in a high-growth environment. Hybrid London workplace with cross functional collaboration.
