Senior Corporate Account Handler

The business is looking to bolster their Corporate Broking Team with an experienced Senior Corporate Account Handler based from their offices in Milton Keynes.

The Role

You will be part of the Corporate Business Team and work closely with some of the best Account Executives in the market.

• Manage and service a portfolio of corporate insurance clients, delivering exceptional service and ensuring their needs are understood.
• Efficient handling of renewals and new business quotations to ensure that the customer is aware of timescales around renewals and new business process.
• Liaise with insurers and underwriters to obtain terms and keep business progressing.
• Prepare accurate documentation and maintain policy records to a high standard.
• Support Account Executives with client servicing and renewal strategy.
• Contribute to a broking environment where service quality and accuracy still matter.

The Candidate

• You will be an experienced Corporate Insurance Account Handler with experience of operating within the UK insurance marketplace.
• Have a thorough understanding of cross class corporate business and the needs of a company operating in this area.
• Experience of working closely with Insurer partners in a transparent and mutually beneficial way, to deliver an exceptional and compelling proposition to the customer.
• Strong attention to detail and understanding of some of the complexities of corporate insurance programmes.
• A team player who can support and develop less experienced colleagues to improve the technical knowledge of the team.
