Senior Consultant, TA & AML Strategy & Performance

Northern Trust in Ireland is seeking a Senior Consultant, Business Management to lead financial planning, workforce planning, and business performance support for Transfer Agency (TA) & AML. The role partners with business leaders to drive insights and drive financial and operating improvements.

The successful candidate will deliver the financial plan, FTE targets, capacity plans and continuous-improvement initiatives, leveraging Excel, AI-enabled analytics and collaboration with Finance, HR,
