Role Objectives:
The Senior Market Access Consultant is responsible for managing multiple client programs and complex projects with a high degree of autonomy. This role encompasses strategic consulting, ex-US funding access (including markets such as France, Italy, and Switzerland), and integrated evidence plans, as well as pricing and market access services. As the primary point of contact, the Senior Consultant delivers comprehensive solutions that integrate Market Access with other WEP services, including patient access, data collection, product supply, and regulatory support. This position is recognised for fostering trusted client partnerships and as a key WEP Clinical expert. Additionally, the role involves driving business growth by leveraging industry networks, developing tailored proposals, representing Market Access services to prospective clients, and contributing to the advancement of WEP Clinical's long-term Market Access strategy.

- With minimal Senior Market Access client support, the lead is to understand clientrequirements for each Market Access programme and identify key workstreams thatthe Associate Consultant will lead, support and/or deliver.
- Expert demonstration of strategic and client-focused, providing actionable insightsand recommendations
- Lead on necessary research, analysis, and reporting to assist in the relevant duediligence required to scope out the Client's needs.
- Lead frequent direct engagement with clients, presents findings, and advises onstrategy.
- Lead on comprehensive workstream project plans that include: key objectives, keydeliverables, project timelines, key cross-functional stakeholders, client engagementplan and budget management.
- Leads projects, ensures deliverables meet client needs, and manages timelines.
- With minimal senior support, fully demonstrate the ability to interpret insights, developstrategies, and make key recommendations to clients
- Lead on Market Access slide decks and present to clients on specific topics, includingFrance and other key European Early Access, and general WEP Market Accesscapabilities, including the WEP story.
- Lead on each client's Market Access programme as per the agreed statement ofworks, managing stakeholder expectations, meeting management, developingcommunications and reports, issue management, and working with externalpartners providing specialist resources.
- With minimal senior Market Access support, lead the implementation of market access solutionsthat meet clients' needs concerning early access programmes and commercialisation of product portfolios.
- Lead development and delivery of asset profiles, competitor landscaping and localmarket negotiation strategies on price and reimbursement.
- Lead cross-functional work with all departments within WEP to implement, manageand support each client programme.
- An expert and independent at client proposal writing, and able to collate the neededinformation to present an accurate and wholesome analysis needed to ensure theservice to be provided is credible, meets client needs and is comprehensive.
- Bachelor's degree in a Scientific discipline and/or MSc in Health Economics
- 5+ Years of working experience consulting or related business experience in marketaccess, reimbursement, pricing, and/or health economics or a combination ofeducation, experience and knowledge
- Previous and extensive client-facing experience within a Market Access Consultancy or a Pharmaceutical Company with a strong track record of establishing access tomedicines in the EU
- Highly Analytical with the capability to interpret and report on multiple data sets.
- Solid experience in Market Access dossier development
- Experience in Market Access pricing analysis
- Experience in cross-functional working with internal and external stakeholders
- Solid experience with the management of client needs and slide preparation for clientmeetings.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Self-motivation, enthusiasm, ambition, and flexibility, fluent in English and anotherEuropean language, would be an asset
- Keen interest in medical research, provision of healthcare and the pharmaceuticalindustry
