In multiple projects ranging from a few days to several months, alone or in a team: You design and implement K2 solutions for our clients in challenging environments. You maximize X to provide professional and innovative solutions. You act as a specialist in M365 tools for our clients and advise them on the implementation of their solution. You assist our clients in choosing and adopting Microsoft and Nintex solutions. You enlighten them about technical aspects and governance. You help our clients specify their needs in process and lead the discussions to gather requirements, and you have the ability to work in a team and delegate to implement the solutions. You participate in pre-sales, in the design of offers and the writing of commercial proposals, and you contribute to within the team. At the branch in Morges, you operate throughout the region of French-speaking Switzerland. Your profile: 5 to 10 years of experience in designing and implementing solutions on the K2 Five engine and later versions, as well as on Microsoft SQL Server, and ideally as many years of experience on M365. Proven experience in setting up document management or intranet solutions, with SharePoint Online/On-Premises and Microsoft Teams. Proven skills in web design (UX/UI, JavaScript, CSS) to design compelling interfaces in K2. Experience with Power and PowerApps, especially in conjunction with SharePoint and Teams, is an asset. Business analyst skills, strong customer service and consulting sense, eloquence, comfort, and ability to animate and effectively convey information. Fluent French, positive English, open to changes and novelty, solution-oriented, and quality-focused. Team spirit and ability to delegate and share knowledge.
