The Business Manager reports directly to the Head of Chief Control Officer (CCO) Enablement. The role is responsible for managing financial, organizational and compliance related reporting and deliverables, supporting risk management and controls, finance, and organizational capacity within the CCO organization.
Responsibilities- Generate reports on KPIs, financials, FTE and capacity, efficiency metrics, and ongoing analytics.
- Develop processes to collect key data points for analysis.
- Create, improve, and maintain high quality business intelligence reporting.
- Define and implement reporting storage and access solutions.
- Support annual planning by authoring and presenting capital investment business cases.
- Provide monthly financial analysis and reporting (actual spend to date, forecast, and status of spend).
- Prepare detailed analysis and reporting for leadership, presenting concise, actionable recommendations.
- Collaborate with CCO leadership and Finance to create the annual financial plan.
- Conduct ad hoc financial and data analysis as requested.
- Report on personnel changes and FTE movements in coordination with human resources, recruiting, and CCO leadership.
- Deliver capacity measurement reports and identify opportunities to improve efficiency.
- Produce compliance reporting for training, in office attendance, and strategy.
- Support annual planning, OKRs, KPIs, and enterprise transformation initiatives.
- Experience in reporting and analyzing financials and budgets.
- Authoritative knowledge of industry and regulatory fundamentals.
- Knowledge of developing standards and best practices.
- Ability to translate broad strategic intent into tactical plans and directions.
- Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
- Strong leadership, written and oral communication skills.
- College or university degree and/or relevant work experience.
- Demonstrated experience in change initiatives, including operations, IT, and product development, with a track record in large, complex projects.
