JOB TITLE: Senior Consultant

The consultancy combines behavioural science, proprietary data tools, AI-driven insight and creative problem-solving to provide continuous, real-time, adaptive guidance, enabling organisations to respond quickly to shifting consumer behaviour and changing market dynamics.
They are currently looking to bring on a Senior Consultant to work predominantly within insight.
KEY DUTIES- Lead end-to-end insight projects, synthesising multi-source data into clear, actionable narratives and strategic recommendations.
- Manage project delivery, including timelines, teams, methodologies and data quality, ensuring robust and efficient execution.
- Build trusted client relationships, communicate insights clearly, and support growth through presentations, workshops and commercial thinking.
- Analyse digital data sources, triangulating insights and assessing quality to generate clear, evidence-based conclusions.
- Communicate complex findings clearly in English, managing priorities while maintaining strong client-facing confidence and clarity.
- Apply curiosity and critical thinking to human behaviour, working collaboratively, adapting to ambiguity and improving continuously.
