Senior Consultant - Dynamics 365 & Power Platform (UK-based, Hybrid working)

Our client is a leading global Microsoft Partner delivering enterprise-scale digital transformation programmes across the UK. With a strong presence across Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform, they support organisations in modernising customer engagement, operations, and business processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead client engagements focused on discovery, solution shaping, and advisory
• Act as a trusted advisor to business and technical stakeholders
• Translate business requirements into scalable Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions
• Design and present high-level solution architectures aligned to client needs
• Lead workshops, demonstrations, and requirement gathering sessions
• Support delivery teams by ensuring clear and effective handover of solutions

Presales & Client Engagement

• Support presales activities including proposals, RFP responses, and client presentations
• Lead product demonstrations across Dynamics 365 and Power Platform
• Work closely with sales teams to qualify opportunities and shape solutions
• Engage with senior stakeholders to articulate value and business outcomes
• Contribute to go-to-market offerings and solution positioning

Practice Contribution

• Collaborate with internal teams to build best practices and reusable assets
• Support junior consultants through knowledge sharing and mentoring
• Contribute to continuous improvement across delivery and presales approaches
• Stay up to date with Microsoft technologies and industry trends

Essential Requirements

• Strong experience across Dynamics 365 (CE and/or F&SCM)
• Solid knowledge of the Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI)
• Proven experience in a client-facing or presales-focused consulting role
• Experience running workshops, demos, and stakeholder engagement sessions
• Strong ability to translate business challenges into technical solutions
• Excellent communication and presentation skills

Desirable Qualities

• Experience working within a Microsoft Partner or consultancy environment
• Exposure to Azure or wider Microsoft ecosystem
• Microsoft certifications
