Senior Consultant - UK Healthcare and MedTech

You will play a key role in delivering high-impact consulting projects for Private Equity and corporate clients across the Healthcare and MedTech sectors. Depending on your experience level, you will either lead workstreams or take end-to-end responsibility for project delivery, working closely with clients, senior leadership, and internal teams.
This role offers outstanding exposure to commercial due diligence, growth strategy, and value creation work in one of the most dynamic sectors in the market.
This is a hybrid role, with an expectation of three days per week in our London office and two days remotely, depending on project needs. National and international travel may occasionally be required.
What You'll Be DoingAs a Senior Consultant
- Lead core workstreams across commercial due diligence and strategy engagements
- Conduct market analysis, competitor assessments, customer research, and modelling
- Develop clear, insight-led recommendations for clients
- Support senior client discussions and presentations
- Coach junior team members and contribute to team development
- Help build thought leadership across Healthcare & MedTech
- 2-4 years' experience in a leading consulting firm or relevant strategy/investor environment
- Prior exposure to Private Equity projects within Healthcare, MedTech and Life Sciences
- Structured and analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working with data, market models, and commercial analysis
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Confident engaging senior stakeholders
- Collaborative, entrepreneurial, and proactive mindset
- Motivated to help grow a market-leading Healthcare & MedTech practice
- Medical doctor training or strong academic background in Life Sciences is advantageous but not essential
