What You'll Do

You're not just managing construction - you're shaping the future of how fitness is experienced. You'll take the lead in transforming commercial spaces into cutting-edge gyms, from the first sketch to the grand opening.

Here's what your mission looks like:

• Evaluate the feasibility and potential of new gym locations
• Design layouts that blend function, strategy, and KRAFTWERK's signature energy
• Oversee budgets, contractors, schedules, and approvals - you'll own the entire project
• Handle permits, licenses, safety and local regulations with confidence
• Manage on-site teams and subcontractors to ensure timely, quality delivery
• Ensure each space is ready to launch: on brand, on time, and on budget

What We're Looking For

• A background in Architecture, Civil Engineering or Project Management
• 5+ years of experience leading construction or refurbishment projects, ideally in retail, fitness or hospitality
• German fluency - essential to deal with local teams and permits
• English fluency - for internal communications across countries
• Expert in managing timelines, budgets, and people - with strong negotiation skills
• Proactive mindset and love for challenges - you turn obstacles into solutions
