Our client, is currently seeking a Senior Construction Project Manager to join their team

You will apply your specialist technical, professional knowledge, and experience to effectively deliver these projects on behalf of the council.

Key Responsibilities:

• Shaping, planning, and delivering large-scale capital construction projects
• Managing high-risk, high-cost, and high-profile projects
• Applying specialist technical and professional knowledge to ensure successful project delivery
• Engaging and collaborating with a programme team of around seven members
• Ensuring regular on-site attendance as part of a fully hybrid role
• Reporting on project progress and performance to relevant stakeholders
• Managing project budgets and timelines efficiently

Job Requirements:

• Extensive experience in construction project management
• Strong knowledge and experience in managing large-scale capital projects
• High competence in applying technical and professional knowledge
• Ability to work effectively as part of a programme team
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Flexibility to attend on-site as needed in a hybrid working model
