As we continue to expand our portfolio across the UK, we are seeking an experienced Senior Construction Manager to be a number 2 on site for major steel frame and logistics schemes from preconstruction through to handover.

About the Role

As a Senior Construction Manager you will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of high-value, fast track industrial and logistics projects. You'll lead site based teams, manage subcontractors and drive a safety-first culture while ensuring projects are delivered on time, to budget and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the construction phase of industrial /logistics projects (£50m-£100million) ensuring programme, quality and budget.
  • Manage large steel frame builds and oversee complex ground works, M&E installations and fit outs
  • Coordinate and supervise site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers
  • Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations
  • Liaise with clients, consultants and internal stakeholders to manage expectations and reporting
  • Champion the work culture of collaboration, technical excellence and continuous improvement

About You

  • Proven track record delivering steel framed, industrial and logistics projects
  • 10+ years of experience in construction management with at least 5 years in a Senior Site Management role
  • Expert Knowledge of steel frame construction methodology, ground works, cladding and industrial fit-outs
  • SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid Qualified
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and organisation skills.
  • A calm, proactive approach to problem solving in fast-paced environments
