Salary: £55,000 to £65,000 DOE Bonus: 15%

We're looking for a Senior Conference Producer to join a fast-paced, forward-thinking events team producing world-class conferences for senior executive audiences across the globe. From finance to metals, agriculture to tech, our events set the agenda - and we're looking for someone who wants to be at the heart of it.

What You'll Be Doing

• Researching and writing innovative, high-impact event programmes (digital, hybrid, and in-person)

• Securing exceptional speakers and thought leaders

• Collaborating with editorial, sponsorship, and marketing teams to bring ideas to life

• Supporting the full event lifecycle - from concept to post-event wrap-up

• Ensuring content quality that matches the calibre of our global audience

The Person

• Proven experience in research and copywriting within a B2B Conference business

• Strong organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple projects

• A collaborative spirit and clear communication skills

• Up to date on global news and an eye on business trends

• Drive, independence, and adaptability in a fast-moving environment
