Job Description
Responsibilities 
- Act as a subject matter expert for compliance matters relating to HCP engagement across EMEA
- Partner with business functions to provide pragmatic, risk-based guidance on HCP interactions
- Lead the compliance review and approval of HCP engagement activities
- Ensure Insulet's HCP engagement framework is clearly understood and consistently applied
- Act as the EMEA subject matter expert for compliance matters relating to sponsorship of third-party organised educational events
- Manage the end-to-end sponsorship review and approval process
- Oversee the sponsorship contracting process
- Maintain centralised trackers and documentation to ensure transparency, traceability, and audit readiness
- Design and deliver targeted training to address specific compliance needs
- Bachelor's degree and proven experience in Ethics & Compliance or similar internal control roles in the Life Sciences sector
- Knowledge of laws and regulations applicable to global Life Sciences companies
- Commitment to ethics and integrity in all aspects of work
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate and influence cross-functionally
- Excellent attention to detail, organizational and time management skills
- Fluency in written and spoken English required
- Demonstrated knowledge on the use of Microsoft Office suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
