Senior Compliance Specialist, EMEA

Job Description

Responsibilities

• Act as a subject matter expert for compliance matters relating to HCP engagement across EMEA
• Partner with business functions to provide pragmatic, risk-based guidance on HCP interactions
• Lead the compliance review and approval of HCP engagement activities
• Ensure Insulet's HCP engagement framework is clearly understood and consistently applied
• Act as the EMEA subject matter expert for compliance matters relating to sponsorship of third-party organised educational events
• Manage the end-to-end sponsorship review and approval process
• Oversee the sponsorship contracting process
• Maintain centralised trackers and documentation to ensure transparency, traceability, and audit readiness
• Design and deliver targeted training to address specific compliance needs

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and proven experience in Ethics & Compliance or similar internal control roles in the Life Sciences sector
• Knowledge of laws and regulations applicable to global Life Sciences companies
• Commitment to ethics and integrity in all aspects of work
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate and influence cross-functionally
• Excellent attention to detail, organizational and time management skills
• Fluency in written and spoken English required
• Demonstrated knowledge on the use of Microsoft Office suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
