Senior Compliance Officer - Private Equity

A growing private equity fund are looking for a compliance officer to lead their program.


The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate excellent knowledge of AIFMD, a commercial, solutions based approach to the business and generalist background within compliance (no task too small).



  • 5-10 years in alternatives compliance

  • Excellent knowledge of regulatory space (AIFMD, SMCR COBS, MAR)

  • Exposure to both regulatory and financial crime topics within the compliance program

  • Exposure to funds domiciled in Lux, Channels Islands or Cayman
