Senior Compensation Analyst - Global Pay & Analytics

Clarivate Analytics is looking for a Senior Compensation Analyst to be part of their global compensation team. This full-time, permanent role is hybrid, requiring 2-3 days in the London office per week. The candidate should hold a minimum of a Bachelor's degree and have at least 2 years of HR experience coupled with strong analytical skills in Excel.

Key responsibilities include preparing compensation analysis, leading survey submissions, and resolving queries regarding compensation and compliance. Strong business acumen and preferably experience in Workday will enhance the candidate's profile.
