Senior Community Mental Health Nurse - Older Adults

Hertfordshire Partnership University NHS Foundation Trust in Watford is seeking a Community Mental Health Nurse for the Older People service. This Band 6 post is full time, 37.5 hours per week, Mon-Fri 9-5, with a permanent contract and site at Colne House, Upton Road.

You will assess care needs, develop and evaluate care plans, coordinate multidisciplinary work, and provide teaching and supervision to staff.
