Senior Commercial Sales Lead, Offshore Wind (Scour)

Cadeler seeks a Senior Commercial Sales Manager (Scour) to lead commercial activities in offshore wind, coordinating with Development and Foundation teams. You will drive tenders, engage clients from pre-qualification to contract signature and help grow the global pipeline.

You will build strong client relationships, define strategies, manage pricing and risk, and mentor colleagues across functions. Norwich-based, full-time role with international exposure.
