About the Role
A new opportunity has arisen for a Senior Commercial Property Solicitor with 5+ PQE to join an ambitious and expanding team in Cheltenham. This role offers the opportunity to take a leading position within the department and play a key role in its continued growth.

You will handle a broad and high-quality caseload while supporting junior team members and contributing to the firm's strategic development. The role will involve:

• Managing complex commercial property transactions including acquisitions, disposals, and development work
• Advising a diverse client base including investors, developers, and businesses
• Supervising and mentoring junior lawyers
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships
• Supporting business development and strategic growth initiatives

To be successful in this role, you will:

• Be a qualified Commercial Property Solicitor with 5+ PQE
• Have strong technical expertise across a range of commercial property matters
• Demonstrate leadership and mentoring capabilities
• Be commercially minded with strong client relationship skills
• Be ambitious and keen to play a key role in the team's growth
