Senior Commercial Manager - Healthcare & Life Sciences Projects

VINCI Building UK is seeking a commercially minded Quantity Surveyor to lead the commercial aspects on mid to large scale healthcare, life science and education projects across the region.

You will oversee tendering, start-up procedures, procurement, subcontracting, cost control, CVR reporting and final accounts while driving continuous improvement and risk management to protect value for clients. The role requires proven UK main contractor experience and NEC contract expertise.
