Senior Commercial Finance Analyst - Consumer Good

The Role

A client in the consumer goods industry is seeking a Senior Commercial Finance Analyst to join the team on a permanent basis.

You will support commercial finance and FP&A activities across high-growth EMEA markets, providing financial insight to drive business performance and decision-making. Reporting to a Senior Finance Business Partner, you will work closely with commercial, sales, marketing, and operations teams to improve forecasting accuracy, profitability, and financial accountability.

Responsibilities

• Support budgeting, forecasting, month-end reporting, and financial analysis across assigned markets
• Deliver sales, margin, pricing, and promotional performance analysis, highlighting risks and opportunities
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to provide commercial insights and support strategic initiatives
• Drive process improvements, financial modelling enhancements, and reporting automation initiatives

Requirements

• ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent qualification preferred, with a degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related discipline
• 3-5 years' experience in FP&A, commercial finance, or finance business partnering roles
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to convert complex data into actionable business insights
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with reporting and planning tools such as Power BI, Adaptive Insights, or similar platforms

• Day Rate: £400 - £450 LTD
• Location: South WestLondon (Hybrid, 3 days per week in office)
