Senior Commercial Counsel, Partnerships (Crypto/FinTech)

Kraken is seeking an experienced Assistant General Counsel - Commercial (Partnerships) to lead the product partnership legal function. You will partner with Product, Sales, Finance, Engineering, and Regulatory teams to craft and launch innovative agreements at a globally accessible crypto exchange.

You will manage high-stakes transactions, develop scalable templates, and guide leadership on complex commercial matters in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.
