Senior Commercial Counsel - SaaS & Tech Contracts

Veeam is seeking a commercially minded Senior Legal Counsel to join our growing legal team and advise our global sales organisation. You will partner with Sales and stakeholders to manage risk, provide pragmatic guidance, and help navigate complex customer negotiations in a fast-paced software environment.

The role focuses on SaaS, BaaS, software, professional services and channel agreements, with an emphasis on data protection obligations, regulatory compliance and contract playbooks.
