Senior Commercial Counsel - EMEA Legal & Risk

FTI Consulting LLP in London seeks a senior commercial lawyer to support the EMEA Legal, Risk & Compliance team. You will negotiate, draft and advise on multi-jurisdictional contracts, and provide corporate and commercial law guidance to senior management to drive profitability and growth.

You will manage external counsel across EMEA, maintain standard templates, mentor junior lawyers, and assist on employment and data protection matters within the region.
