Job Description

Primary Objective: Ensure that the commercial activities linked to day-to-day operations are profitable and well-managed. Support various business functions by providing information, coaching, and introducing new processes, with a focus on protecting profit and reducing unnecessary spend. Deliver quality outputs for internal and external stakeholders as required.

Purpose of the Role

Support decision-making by providing timely, accurate, and insightful information through designing, developing, and maintaining management reports and dashboards that communicate key performance indicators (KPIs) and trends across business units.

Accountabilities

  • Design and develop reports and dashboards using data visualization tools
  • Create automated report generation processes for efficiency
  • Analyze business requirements to define report content and format
  • Maintain and update existing reports and dashboards as needed
  • Develop robust processes and controls for data collection and sign-offs
  • Engage with stakeholders to ensure data accuracy in reporting
